Fixed

Protocol cut: 0%. Ceiling on that cut: 10%, and the ceiling itself cannot be raised by anyone, including the deployer. Reward token: WETH. Reward stream: seven days. Lockup: none. Exit penalty: none. Stakes per pool through the interface: one.

What can move

The live protocol cut can be lowered, never raised past the ceiling. The router's cadence and milestones are set when a project configures its route. That is the whole list.

What the keeper can do

Call the trigger. It has no withdrawal path, no upgrade path, and no ability to change where a route sends its funds.

What is not a parameter

The reward rate. It is whatever share of real swap fees your slice comes to, and nobody sets it — not the team, not a governance vote, not a contract constant.
